I know theirs nothing you can do now, but posting for when you guys get more involved in editing the spell file. the AA Healing Adept Mastery AA ranks 2 and 3 do not work. Rather, they work, but not as they should.
Theirs two healing AA lines. One is the Healing Adept line which increases your overall healing amount by a certain %, guaranteed every cast. The other is the Healing Gift line, which gives a % chance to crit heal. The Healing Adept mastery ranks 2 and 3 under the omens tab are currently bugged, and only have a % chance to work. I am noticing that sometimes I will crit CH for 16k (most often), then others i will crit for 19k (rarely). Kermit has also noticed that he heals for more sometimes than he does others, and Sarcon has tested the AA on Mugly and noticed it doesn't work "at all". I don't think it's completely bugged though, I think it's just working as I previously said and only working sometimes.
