Burning Fire DoT dmg bonus and Dragon Fire and post upgrades

Hi. With the clone currently down and having either deleted or moved the item to a bot i will be using Burning Magic off of the item webtools/itemss.php?id=2836 as a reference but there is a cloak from seb with the similar effect only for fire based DoT spells.

Now my question is, Burning Fire (or Burning Magic) is 40% dmg bonus and the next upgrade is Discordant Fire (or Energy for magic) at 45% bonus. The next step is "Dragon" which is a 50% bonus however before they had separate ones for DoT and DD dmg. For instance you have Discordant Fire for 45% fire DoT dmg and Discordant FLAME for 45% fire DD dmg

But when you get to dragon it is just Dragon Fire, and it doesn't say Instant or 30sec minimum, just says 50%...Sooo, does this mean it effects both DDs and DoTs?

Notice how Limit Effect 4 is missing from Dragon Fire which was present on Discordant Fire and Flame and what made them DD or DoT specific.

Could someone help me clarify? I'm trying to find a new item to increase my fire DoT dmg again since i replaced that cape but i can't figure out what i should be going after. My hope is Dragon Fire, and it's upgrades such as True Fire and etc effect both DD and DoTs.

Spoke with Lang in game and he verified it does effect both DD and DoTs.

With so many foci some prob had to be combined. I am actually looking for a disease foci besides tov armor or ldon aug for my necro. Want to see if I can break 235k dmg in 18seconds
