Cry havoc and true thoughts

The berserker disc Cry Havoc webtools/spell.php?id=8003 is now overwriting true thoughts webtools/spell.php?id=8559 for the entire group. I didnt think it had always been that way though. was something changed in the latest round of haste/mana regen spell stacking coding? I cant speak for others but losing your haste and mana regen buff for cry havoc is just terrible.

It looks like the problem lies in the effect type 6 line. Is this working as intended or an unexpected feature?
