Illusions

My warrior is normally a Halfling - I constantly feel the need to kill him. 5 second casts are completely out of the question, especially when you need to farm and click for 5 toons.

o Permanent Illusion is now available to Enchanters, Rogues and Bards. This awesome skill will cost 150 AAs.

To see if leveling an enchanter for this is worth it - This AA allows you to cast an illusion on another player and have it be permanent? Do you need to use Project illusion with it? Is it activated or passive?

Perma illu will work only on Rogue/bard/chanters. other class will lose illu once they zone.

Now would it be possible to have some hair because as a vah shir I hate ending bald each time I try another race's illu...
