Flaming Swords of Xuzl/Solist's Frozen Sword

I've been reading around, and judging from what I've seen, these two pet spells should behave more like swarm pets than regular ones; I've seen mention that they unsummon themselves at the end of a fight, which is what swarm pets do (or are supposed to do).

Given that you can't command the swords after they're summoned (like a normal pet), would this be correct? I'll admit my data isn't solid on this, and it's not too big an issue.

In addition, the pet summoned by Solist's Frozen Sword has no sword equipped - it's totally invisible.

Apologies for the double post without a reply, but since these spells have been changed lately, I wanted to update you on them.

Currently, Solist's Frozen Sword seems to function as a swarm pet. It summons 3 sets of swords when used. However, unlike other swarm pets I've used in the past, these swords do not immediately attack the targetted enemy when summoned. They just kinda sit idle.

Now I haven't tested them extensively, but I wanted to parse them on Vlad or Cazic Thule dummies, but can't get them to attack him. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
