Mage donor wep buff & Death March stacking issue

I was running some tests today when I came across a stacking issue with the magician donor weapon pet buff (Elemental Power) and Death March IV.

Death March is overwriting Elemental Power instead of stacking like it does with the necro donor weapon pet buff (Augmentation of the Dark Lord). I can work around the problem by adding Death March IV to my pet's blocked spells, but I don't see why it would stack with the necro donor pet buff but not the mage.

Is this intended?

webtools/spell.php?id=8580 - aug of dark lord has the proc added in slot 4

webtools/spell.php?id=9070 - death march and webtools/spell.php?id=8583 - ele power
have it in slot 6.

Might be easiest to move the ele power proc add to slot 4

slot 4 is used by the donor weapon 2.0.

You can use webtools/stacking.php to check stacking issues by slot.
