No more rune agro?

After coming back from a 5 month break, I've noticed that my donor tank legs no longer generate any rune agro when I click them. I know the 15k rune they create used to generate a good chunk of AE agro before the code update.

I hadn't noticed any issue. My chanter accidentally runed the group and got agro from adds

Maybe it's just the rune from the legs? I know for a fact that it used to generate agro because I used it as a tactic in a many fights. Now doing those same fights again and nothing happens.

Can confirm this. The donor legs are currently generating hate with only the player's target. Nearby mobs see 0 hate increase from the effect. Thanks for reporting, we'll investigate.
