Covenant of the Flamewielder

I just noticed the other day that the T8 mage damage shield only has a 145 DS.
Covenant of the Flamewielder Rk. II

However the lvl 63 mage spell has a 155 DS
Felx's Maelstrom of Ro

Was hoping this was just an oversight and the T8 spell should have a much higher DS. The additional fire resist on the spell wouldn't make a difference once you're at the T8 lvl and all your stats are maxxed.

Covenant of the Flamewielder Rk. I, II and III upped to 170, 190 and 210 DS. (run the patcher for the latest spell file)
