Spiritual Endowment - not working as intended?

Hello all,

I recently acquired Spiritual Endowment Rk. I on my beastlord, I wasn't sure if it would be worth one of my extremely valuable spell slots so I ran some tests.

With a naked BL and the following buffs, I got the same results with and without Spiritual Endowment Rk. I.
Voice of the Darklord - [Slot 12] Chance to Proc on Melee Swing: Darklord's Strike (200% procrate)
Spirit of the Forest - [Slot 5] Chance to Proc on Melee Swing: Cool Breeze (500% procrate)
Vengeance of the Forsaken - [Slot 9] Chance to Proc on Melee Swing: Strike of Vengeance (100% procrate)
Call of the Animist - [Slot 1] Chance to Proc on Melee Swing: Vengeance of the Animist
Aura of the Guardian - [Slot 11] Chance to Proc on Melee Swing: Guardian Rune

In addition I had my pet out so I had Nature's Prayer active as well.

Since the normal limit on melee spell proc slots is 4, you would expect only 4 of the spells to produce procs, and that is what you get. Depending on the order you cast the spells you get different procs to trigger, but only ever 4 of them.

However with the Spiritual Endowment Rk. I buff on you should be able to get an additional proc to engage. But none of my tests produced that result, still only 4 procs would land.

I went through a fairly thorough process to remove lingering effects on my character, I would wipe the proc buffs and zone between tests.

One item of note, it does look like feral swipe might be treated similar to melee procced spell buff, but it was always proccing in addition to the 4 buff based procs I had going.

Can someone look into this spell to see what is going wrong?

Max spell procs were not taking into account bonuses from AAs and buffs, so should be fixed next update, thanks for the report
