T8 Rank 3 spells

I don't know if this was reported already or if its common, but I killed chaos for first time and handed two words to scribe one at a time on my cleric and only received one spell. Prior to handing in the scribe said i could learn 6 and now he says 4... did i do something wrong or is this a bug ?

nevermind it was put in a empty spot from a spell that must have been removed in a previous patch or something.
