AA reuse timer

AA reuse timer

If an AA gets interrupted or doesn't land for any reason (for example if you use Dire Charm on a mob that can't get charmed or you use the Mage Air Elemental illusion AA in a zone that you can't levi such as ToV) then even though the AA didn't get used at all the reuse timer still starts to count down. Is their anyway to change this so that AA reuse timers won't count down unless the AA is actually used?

yea its fun trying to find which "blue con" mob is level 65 as many "A XXXX ZZZZ" there are in a zone allaclone lists like 4 different types of said mob which level ranges from 63-68 well that dont help out much in determining which one can be used to dire charm, and if u pick the wrong one, oh yay have fun logging off for an hour and 15min while the cooldown resets :(
