I noticed that Dranik's Totem of Dragon Health does not drop a totem. I thought it wasn't working at first but it is. Sooo just wanted to make y'all aware.

So I figured it out. You have to have a player selected in order for it to appear. NPC and no target does not work. Sorry for the bother. Still figuring out Totems...
