/poke Tyler. Can you do a ninja fix to Tranquil Focus and Rage? They're set as detrimental, are you able to change them to beneficial?

Yup, both fixed and Beneficial now.
Item Change -> Reload needed

warrior one (rage) is, i haven't gotten to test the monk one yet. it shows as a detrimental spell though on the buff window, probly just a client side UI thing. it lands every time so it's fine if you can't make it look beneficial.

I have not looked at these effects in particular, but several effects are not implemented because the formula is unknown. For example, accuracy is not a raw % increase. And an improper implementation is a bad idea imo, even though some things tend to get implemented inappropriately on the eqemu svn.

Still, would rather avoid that here.
