Mage Pets - Pet Power Increase Effects

Might have a fix for this with next spellfile.

Just tested today's attempt at fixing pet foci, I fear more work will be needed. Exact same stats with freshly summoned 1.5 mage epic w/ aug of true order's Minion of eternity (it's on my staff, can't take it off for raw stats) and frozen glyphwielder's slippers' Servant of chaos.

I tested also using 2.0. Summoned 3 pets. One with no Pet Power Increase. This pet had more hp than it's supposed to summoning at 30800HP vs 28000HP like it is normally.

I did it again with the effect on Augmentation of True Order. The third time I used the Frozen Glyphwielder's Slipers for the Pet Power Increase effect. Both of these two pets were exactly the same. These effects are 25 and 40 so very different!
