may guess is:
the Improved LH multiplies the effect by *10, so it become 70k from 7k, and then it critical to 152.
Personally I don't see an issue with hat, as I said before - you can't heal for more hp than a person has, and its as Complete Heal as it gets :mrgreen:


As far as Fervent Blessing 3/3 going, again my guess is:

-since use time now 15 min, it subtracted 36 from 15, ended up with -21 minutes, and rolled over the variable, and ended up being somewhere in 500 hours :roll:

My best advise at this stage , to get new LH work properly, we need to get you to un-learned this AA, and then Tyler needs to disabled it server side - seeing it to like level 200, so people can't access it anymore.

I don't know. Having a max heal all 15 mins no matter how many hps you have is fine. Doesnt break anything in my book.

It's a feature not a bug :D

Oh yea that needs address. Whats max time that it can be cut down with aas etc?

you don't want to use this AA at all
cause it cuts by 12 min per rank.
Which means with 1st rank it cuts from 15 min to 3 min - and you REALLY don't want that,
but with 2nd rank it puts timer into negative roll-over.

So - just disable this AA complitely in AA tables in DB - I belive you set level for it to like 200

Harm Touch formulas are now following:

Before level 40: level*20
Past level 40: level*50
Improved Harm Touch AA: Level*100
Leech (life Curse) AA: Level*50

They ALL on 15 minutes timer.

Or we leave the AA ability in and increase the reuse from 15 mins to (15 mins + max reducation from this aa (36mins?).

So maybe, from that 51 mins? And to compensate that you have to get the AA, we make it recastable all 10 mins at max - so it would be 51-5 = 46 mins base reuse?

well in this case you penalizing them for the first 55 levels, cause Sk can use their HT from level 1 each 15 min, but palies have to wait till 55
