Lifetap emotes

Just realized why I thought there was a seb level lifetap aug. The Jagged Staff of Order has siphon life on it and it is the weapon most fully Seb geared melees use.

Since you guys made it impossible to small group there without a split-puller ... you need to ask someone else :p Being an alt, I never get augs in ST.

Questioning if this is working as intended. Should this be straight DD or a faux lifetap? I don't think the healing portion is working if it is supposed to be a tap

It should autocast a resource that heals you.

Works ... btw in case people come complaining that it isn't a group heal, it's not supposed to be and the spell description can't be changed without another custom spell. I asked Tyler about that today and he confirmed it is self only (like a normal lifetap).
