Mage Spells

Okay so to update on this, yes the mana conversion works now so thanks for fixing that. Staff of Force still has no effect for me though, meaning I click it and noathing happens other than the CD activating.

I'd like to direct attention towards something else now though. Mages have no PBAE post 60. I'm looking at the Chaotic/True mage spells, and tbh I'm not really looking forward to them. True Snare/Chaotic Roots/True Summoning in particular.

Maybe other mages feel differently, but I would rather have a new PBAE nuke and a new single target nuke. I know there's one in LDoN, but mages have fast nukes, medium cast nukes, and really long cast nukes so there are options still. Also, instead of True Summoning, why not give a better pet buff? I couldn't ever see True Summoning being used over epic pets, even 1.5.

A new PB AE nuke would be as usefull as the veils, true summoning or snare/root, from my point of view. Well the root can be usefull for some added crowd control, but the others...

lil recap :
- Ancient: Veil of Pyrilonus and Chaotic Veil of Fire, that do a 500/750 damage shield for the next 4 hits. Errr yeah, I'd rather spend that time nuking. Notice they're respectively ancient and chaotic, not the average IK-trash drop
- True summoning : what PoA mage would use that ? If the DB is correct about stats, it's a vanity pet at best.
-True snare : bit redundant with chaotic root, not too thrilling too if you're in PoA.

Meh... I'd rather see a new pet buff, either upgrade to elemental fury (69) or something original. A new nuke ? Thunder of ice's quite fine, dunno what wiz get at highest level but we shouldn't get the same (pets are beasts).

True Summoning will be a Swarmpet buff next reload.
Chaotic Veil of Fire now lasts 3min, 30 secs, does 1000 Damage / hit, 90 secs recast.

Today I was using Elemental Simulcram, and it crit my pet for 3.2k dmg! Anyway way to make it uncritable? lol ><

Hehe, not sure, but i guess you'll have to live with the crit chance

See nothing wrong with this Staff of Force Items in the Database. They worked 100% when i tried them under Titanium. Will try again using SoD (won't have time until tomrrow).

That was already the case on live. Not a big deal anyway.

I gave another shot to chaotic veil, though, and it still wore off at the fourth hit. But I guess since there was no new spellfile yesterday, that was the reason ?
