Yup, no new spellfile released yet.

I tried a staff of force I on SoD, too. Summoned, tossed in inventory since I have it on potion belt, clicked from potion belt, gave a "Error: Invalid Inventory slot for using effects (inventory slot #275)". It fell in the 5th slot of my 3rd 10-slot bag. Tried again from general inventory #1, "Your race, class or deity cannot use this item"

Update: Staff of Force II worked for me just now on Vlad. I'm running SoD client currently.

Update: Chaotoc Veil of Fire is still dropping after it lashes out 4 times.

For the DS, maybe it would be easier to just copy a normal DS, bump it up to 1k, and replace the current one with that?

Yea will do that next. Sorry about it guys but Spellfile is trial and error lots of times

Nope, it's a missfire this time too. Chaotic veil casts, sticks, but does... nada.

I forgot to add yesterday, though, but I'm totally buffless on this screen, it shouldn't be a potential stacking issue.
