Blessing of Zealot Rk. I

I am not sure, maybe i am mistaken, but is Blessing of Zealot Rk. I broken?
It's a self only version of spell haste that does 3% for 1500 mana. Meanwhile, the basic level 69 spell aura of devotion is a group spell that does 10% spell haste and only costs 1125 mana. not that the mana cost is important here, but the % spell haste seems rather broken.
i do see that CH and % heals are included on zealot, but are those even useful? I dont know of a % heal in the first place, and CH is less useful than basic heals from what ive seen.
can anyone help me understand? thanks.

As far as I know, it's just a 99.9% useless spell. Even if it stacked with normal haste (it doesn't, you have to chose between this crappy haste that works only on a spell that *noone* uses or the much better haste that works on practically everything), it'd just occupy a buff slot for no purpose since I don't know of any clerics that uses Complete Heal once they hit level 70.
Perhaps change the spell to effect all heals, keep the 3% haste aspect of it, and let it stack with existing spell haste buffs? (self-only, of course.) Otherwise, again, it's simply useless.

Works on CH and percent based heals, which the other doesnt work on.
However even with it working on those spells, which we don't actually use, its a worthless buff.
Wait a bit and I'm sure we'll see an upgraded version later that will make the line worth using.
I guess you could start using CH... nm just memorized CH and buffed myself with rk2 version and a 10s heal was brought down to 9.5...

ok well at least it appears that i am not totally aloof seeing as how you guys also think it's junk.
would be nice if we didn't have total junk spells though...

Just forget the spell exists and you'll be happy
Plenty of other good ones to be had. (like the overpowered Unwavering Faith IV
)

Yeah, would have loved a upgrade to our self only armor line but only one spell being junk out of all the spells that were made is pretty good.
Not sure why it was never changed and tbh it doesn't really matter as if the line gets future upgrades it will become very useful.
Just a waiting game.
