Can I get a little more info on what the short duration recourse on this spell does, or if it's bugged? The duration is only 6 seconds, so it's pretty much pointless if the effect is what is described it does from the main spell

If nothing else, the descriptions on the two recourses are mildly confusing (Blessing of the Beast and Blessing of the Beast Recourse) Unless the extra short duration recourse is just a bug, and the actual spell description's effects are applied to the long duration recourse of the spell. I'm so confused

Edit: Also, can the pet's haste component of this buff get a boost? It's only 60% at the moment, where as in comparison the level 68 buff Growl of the Beast is 85%... though the t8 version does offer various other perks to it, it's a lil silly that the free level 68 haste is faster Thanks!

If I understand it correctly, then casting Touch of the Beast Rk. II will do the following:

Buff Pet With
1 : Effect type : Increase Attack Speed by 60%
2 : Effect type : Increase Damage Modifier: All Skills by 35%
3 : Effect type : Increase AC by 124 to 124
5 : Effect type : Increase ATK by 220 to 220
for 45 mins

Buff Self With
5 : Effect type : Increase Damage Modifier: All Skills by 30%
6 : Effect type : Increase Flurry Chance by 10%
7 : Effect type : Increase Twin Proc Chance by 10%
for 45 mins


The only potentially confusing part is that the spell technically causes 2 buffs and 1 recourse.
#1 [Buff] Pet buff
#2 [Recourse] Self recourse which triggers #3. (this happens behind the scenes so you don't see it)
#3 [Buff] Self buff

From what I see, it looks to be a great buff (aside from slow haste), and working perfectly.

Ah. Must've been that 2nd buff that was confusing me. Saw the 6 second duration recourse and was like "Huh?" Thanks for the info.

Also noticed Blessing of the Beast overwrites Death March IV =\ Is this intentional?

And any word on getting the haste bumped up a lil? The haste % is not only much lower than the free lower level spell, but it also remains the same for rk 1, 2, and 3.

Edit: Also noticed that the clicky from T8 evolved BP "Kerzu's Panther Hide Tunic" which is a buff on pet "Beastial Serenity" shares a lot of buff stats/slot with Touch of the Beast. While all the stats on the slots are upgrades to Touch of the Beast, the clicky won't overwrite buff, which means you have to manually click off haste on pet in order to click BP, and then after BP buff fades, recast the spell buff.

Bump. Any hope on getting the beastlord T8 BP clicky (Beastial Serenity) to stack with normal T8 pet haste buff (Touch of the Beast Rk. XYZ)? Clicking off pet haste when I want to pop my BP and then recasting haste after BP buff fades is very annoying. And/or bumping up the haste component of the T8 pet haste to match the level 68 buff? (85% and 60% respectively.) The recourse (Blessing of the Beast) of the T8 pet haste not stacking with Death March IV also seems a lil odd
