Spell: Vengeful Retribution IV

This spell used to add a defensive proc that would fire off a 2000hp rune once in awhile. Now the spell is simply a rune that dissipates after taking the 2k dmg. This worked fine before the big update.

Can you give exact details of when you saw this? I just tried to reproduce and spell seems to be working fine.

Pre-new code: Cast the buff and it shows up in the buff window. You start fighting and the 2000hp rune would pop up in another buff slot and it would fade when the rune is spent. The original spell would not fade until the timer was up.

New code: Cast the buff and it shows up in the buff window. You start fighting and the buff fades as soon as you take 2000hp damage. The spell now acts as the Rune itself, instead of the spell to proc the rune.

Update: The rune component is proc'ing correctly as Rune of Retribution IV in it's own buff slot when taking damage, but there is still a damage timer component on the Vengeful Retribution IV buff itself.

In short, this buff used to last the minimum 3 minutes regardless of the damage you took, and now it fades when you take enough damage. The spell has lost it's usefulness in it's new form.

Ah, So i think the issue is that there is a limit on the # of casts of the rune that the buff can do now. I saw that this morning while testing but was not sure if that was normal or not. I will remove it so that it returns to just duration standard
