Apathy of the Nihil

The spell description for lvl 57 Enchanter spell 'Apathy of the Nihil' is incorrect, It's a targeted AoE mez along the lines of 'Fascination' not a slow as in the current description. not very important I know.. but you might want to add it into a rollup of small errors sometime..
