Spell: Theft of the Phoenix (Necro, Tier9)

Hello friends,
The mentioned spell appears to give the following error when cast: Unable to find data for pet SwarmSoulSpecterV
The damage of the spell goes through, however the swarm pets (the 4 specters mentioned in spell description) are not spawning.
I have updated my files to the ones available, so thought I'd post about it.
