The Hidden Forest

Niv's Harmonic .. http://clone.thehiddenforest.org/spell.php?id=1763 does not add the listed AC. I only recieve about 30ac from this song. With and without my 1.5 (I only tried this because I have issues with being "over capped" or something and my speed songs don't work when I have these on... which is a whole nother post). Can you check the AC amount on this song? Or let me know what im doing wrong? Thanks!

Its one of those "working as intended" evil things

ALL +AC that you see on all spells is multiplied by 0.29 before its applied to the character. So yes, you only get 1/3 AC of whatever is listed on the spell. This is hard codded into Emu source, cause this is how SOE did in the very beginning.

It works fine. I get 80ish AC from Kermit's bard with it, you must have another +Singing mod OR AA and are over the instrument cap.

Interesting, so AA's mess up songs? I know that the 1.5 sent me over the cap, but if I take it off I still get the same 30 something AC. So AA's can put me over? If so can I get an AA reset as I had no idea purchasing AA's would indeed make me worse of a bard?
