Switching timers on Frenzied Stabbing Discipline.

Currently Twisted Chance and Duelist are on the same timer, I was wondering if Twisted Chance could be put on the timer that Frenzied Stabbing is on, because Frenzied Stabbing is a huge dps disc (on live at least) and is currently useless.
