Mage Pets - Pet Power Increase Effects

I did some testing today to see how two different Increase Pet Power effects modified my pet. As is turned out there was no change in how these pets were increased in power. Below I will give a detailed analysis of my findings.
My first test was as follows:
Use Ancient Frozen Staff of Primal Elements which uses Enforce Elements to summon a Pet.
The resulting pet would be level 74 and have a base of 28000HP.
With 3/3 in Elemental Durability AA (increases pet HP by 10%) the pet spawns with 30800HP.

Now I'll get into what happens with Pet Power Increase Effects.
I summoned the same pet only now I have an aug Augmentation of True Order equipped. This has the effect Minion of Eternity and results in Pet Power Increase by 25.

So, I get rid of that pet and remove the item with the aug and stick it into my backpack. I then proceed to equip Jennu's Sandals of Creation which have the Focus Effect: Ritual Summoning. The effect is Pet Power Increase by 30. As you can see by the image below, there is NO change from the 2nd pet I summoned using the Minion of Eternity focus effect.

I'm not exactly sure how many HP the pets should have when their power is increased but it would stand to reason the difference should be noticeable between 25 and 30.
I'd also like to note that before the summon pet spells were changed to increase their max level to 80 the effects were the exact same as they are right now.
