Question about some Spells/Disc listed on Magelo

Ok i hit 70 with my bard went to Organ and noticed he didn't teached any at all went to magelo and checked some lvl 70 and lower Songs and noticed that some Songs that are listed have no object or scroll listed means they are in game but only way to obtain em would be via a NPC no ?

Just to list a few Bard songs also other Classes have songs/spells etc that way listed.
My question now is it intended that bards get no songs teached by the npc ?
Or do we have a problem like Monks had before where Organ didn't teached em any new Discs ?

Well if its intended i assume the songs i listed and other spells are disabled for players than ?

From what i know:

Chaotic Pacification = monk clicky ToV pants effects
Chaotic Blade = bard clicky ToV pants effect

They are not bard songs which can be learned/scribed.

And the last one is a skill, not a disc. As soon as i get feedback on Commanding Voice, we can fix that.
