Shammy Panther Spell Line

Ive done some testing on the shammy's panther spell line heres what ive came up with from magoo using it with the lowest line and the highest.
im not to much into the parsing thing and nobody was on to give me pointers so i found yalp to give you an idea, if someone wants to throw me towards a decent parcer let me know.
without panther: slash-466,magic-293 dps
with panther: slash-468,magic-643 dps
-Shammy cast Spirit of Panther (Panther Maw) Level 69, 475mana, 1 minute duration, 400dd, now 500dd with spell damage increase.
-Plate Greaves of the Helpless (clicky) (Puma Maw) Level 50, 212 mana, 1minute duration 154dd, now 192dd with spell damage increase.
Ive double checked lucy on this line of spells just to compare on this line being that puma is the lowest level and panther being the highest overall they have the same stats except for the dd amount.
I have then went into icewell and compared them both as far as processing rate and it is very noticable that both process the same amount of times, this seems to be the part that needs adjustment on one icewell sentry puma processed 26 times and panther 14 times, due to the difference in dd amount they dont last long with panther.
Ok now to add a thought to this before you nerf it down to nothing because its over powering consider the the facts that i use it on magoo with these buffs that not everyone is using and or taking advantage of them like i am.

Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 10%
Increase AGI by 140
Increase STR by 140
Increase DEX by 140
-Talsiman of Might
Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 5%
-Primal Guard
Increase Haste v3 by 5%
Increase Hitpoints by 5 per tick
-Warcry of Dravel
Hundred Hands Effect
Increase ATK by 40
524 aa's so i have every form of offensive,weapon affinity,ingenuity, double reposte ,flash of steel ect. maxed out with a 2154 attack rate i know that might be low compared to melee but what can a tank do. )
