monk epic 2.0 buff have no effect when this buff is on

Also, if I cast it on someone else in my group... it says out of range... even if that someone is close to the cleric. However, it does land on everyone if cleric casts on self.

Do you also have this problem with Hand of Conviction or other cleric buffs like group Temperance etc etc?

Hand of Conviction and Chaotic Conviction no problem with it.
and ......as khaliss said, target group buff is not work for this spell, only work on self group

Yea i fixed the target spell stuff. AoE range field was empty - my bad.

About monk stuff, need to look into it!
