What is the origin of this spell?

If you answered Eryslai, the Kingdom of Wind - I now ask, from which NPC
I attempted to located information on how to obtain this via that database here, and was unsuccessful, as there is no indication of it's origin on the items page itself, or on any of the NPC's loot tables i have viewed thusfar.

Any information regarding my inquiry is much appreciated!

I believe I got mine from PoAir trash. Sleeper also drops it.

I cant seem to find it on any PoAir trash mobs loot tables either, or the sleeper's. Just killed sleeper too, no spell drops period

It has a very low drop rate from PoAir trash (6% I think, and it shares that chance to drop with other custom class V-2 spells). So yeah, you'd have to get lucky. Sleeper has a better chance to drop, then again the loot table shares with other V-2 class spells.

It used to be yes, somehow the entire loot table containing rank 2 spells seem to have vanished.

I'll recreate it later and add it again to PoAIr Trash and Sleeper.

I recall seeing rnk II spells drop from bosses in PoAir as well.

All added again. Zone needs reload but i guess since we use dynamic zones atm, that problem should solve itself as soon as everyone zones out.
