Looted this today in Icewell, it's currently showing a Level Requirement of 255 to use

I wasn't aware that they were changing older spells so rapidly. I usually grab the spellfile anywhere from release day to a couple days after.

Just check out the MOTD when you log in, you can see there when our custom files were updated.

let me point out that theft of agony is entirely unusable no matter what spellfile is used

mm looking at SK spell list there are no spells with name "agony" at all....

Picked it up in ThurgB (Icewell), it's No Drop.

All of these NPC's are listed as dropping it, if you Ctrl F Theft of Agony, it's somewhere near the bottom of the list.

yeah the SCROLL is there, but I bet spell itself is not marked as SK usable

Should never been dropped in the first place. It's a level 70 Spell from PoR which wasn't even in the Spellfile.

Removed from drop table.
