Tailsmen of Perseverance overrides Champion's Perseverance just wanted to bring it to the derv's attitation
Question why would you want to cast Talisman after you have casted Champion?
Considering you get the same regen with Champion so only reason i could see is that you want a longer regen duration buff on only some chars ?
