Silent Disturbance (ToV monk robe clicky)

It doesn't work, your fear has come to life. I tried it earlier today on a ssra imperial guard about 2-3 times and it never lost its DS
(it is supposed to be a beneficial 9 slot unresistable dispel) Normally 1 normal dispel clears up the DS.

After doing some thinking (and looking at other classes clicks) I think a clicky run speed buff would be great for monks. It can be difficult to pull high - end due to the amount the mobs hit for and their run speed. I would really love to see something similar to the 50% increases damage clicky that beastlords have, but it's been made clear that monks aren't meant to be top DPS. In light of this I do not see why they shouldnt be made better pullers since that's half of their role

Would, but fade works like FD on emu so it would be useless for monks
I'll try o find something else if you think run speed is unfair. What about this with a 5minute reuse?
