4 : Effect type : Increase WIS by 32
5 : Effect type : Increase Attack Speed by 68%
6 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 20%

VoC is a double buff in that it contains both the Haste element as well as the mana regen element - its basically Hastening of Salik + mana regen in 1
