Bard disc "Thousnad Blades" problem

Problem has been going on for awhile for me >< Thought I seen it mentioned so I didn't post but it's still happening for me sadly. When I hit the disc to use it, it works and when it's done it's 35 mins to repop the disc.. After that time when it's fresh and ready to go again I hit it and it doesnt fire but goes down as if I used it and a new timer starts w/out giving me the 1 min effect Any help or suggestions would be great thanks.
