Spirit of Chaos / Talisman of Panther overwriting

Is there any way to get talisman of panther set to be the stronger of the two? Talisman of the Panther has a shorter duration but procs for more damage. Spirit of Chaos does less damage but has a longer duration.

Due to the duration (as far as i can tell) Talisman of the Panther will not overwrite Spirit of Chaos. Is there any way to make it so panther does take over chaos? Id prefer to be doing more damage if I have a shaman w/ legs casting on me.

I just don't cast the Ranger buff if I have a shaman in the group :p

Spirit of Fail (webtools/spell.php?id=8657) has the same problem. Panther should overwrite all of these and be overwritten by none.

Right, but then I get into a habbit of simply not casting it and forget to when im soloing w/out my shaman partner No reason panther shouldn't overwrite chaos/fail as far as I can tell.
