Poison of the Mindbender - Working as intended??

Whenever the enchanter casts POTMB the crits still happen to be zero and magic damage is negated totally.

**I have everything up to date.** I realize this topic was opened a month ago, but I saw no resolution.

Is this the way it is intended to work or just a bug that will be resolved in the future?

I'm aware of the issue, but has been pushed far down in my to-do list (Yes i quite literally have a list) below more important crash and other related issues. I do plan to get around to it however.

On the plus side, this spelll is great for parsing raw melee damage without procs.
