Necromancer: Lv62-65 Lifetap DoT balancing

This post largely concerns Saryrn's Kiss (Lv62), Night's Beckon (Lv65), Night Stalker (Lv65). All of these are Lifetap DoTs.

Night Stalker deals 500 damage/tick (3000 total), and provides 250 healing/tick (1500 total) to the caster's entire party. Costs 950 mana, takes 3 seconds to cast, resist mod of -200.

Night's Beckon deals 220 damage/tick (1320 total), and provides 165 healing/tick (990 total) to the caster only. Costs 605 mana, takes 5.5 seconds to cast, resist mod of -200.

Now compare Night's Beckon to Saryrn's Kiss, the previous spell in its line. Deals 200 damage/tick (1200 damage total), provides 150 healing/tick (900 total), same duration, same resist mod, but costs 45 mana less (though it does have an extra half-second of cast time).

Night's Beckon is not only barely an upgrade, but it isn't even remotely competitive with the other lifetap DoT of its level, which deals over double its damage for a little more than 50% more mana and restores about 45% more HP per tick to the entire party, not to mention having a nearly 50% faster cast time.

There is, quite simply, little reason that I can see to use Night's Beckon on this server. I'd like to suggest giving Night's Beckon a bit of a boost, to be competitive with Night Stalker and a clearer upgrade over Saryrn's Kiss.

Would love to see some adjustment for a few of this classes spells and the doner.
Keep plugging away at finding issues nerva, doing a good job.
