Cleric Group Heal

Would it be possible to get a upgrade to the group heal line? Maybe a T8 one. After all the group heal is the big sell to play a cleric over a shaman or druid, besides their handy 2.0 of course which is also another factor in playing a cleric over another healer.

I could think of 2 spell lines off the bat that no one would miss being changed to an upgraded word of viv.
Personally I wouldnt want a whole lot out of it, if the idea was entertained by the staff we could hash out player perspective on it.

A heal maybe 50-65% more effective than word of viv with a faster cast time would probably be what I am looking for. Word of viv is long overdue for an upgrade vs the other spell lines which have since seen multiple upgrades.

how about a 20% heal increase with a 10% casting time decrease and a 5% chance to proc a small patch heal after a few seconds?

I would want to see room for it to continue to be tweaked in terms of healing without steping on the 10k group heal in terms of power.
Grated the cast time on the two spells is nothing similar.
Antihero is thinking something like I am thinking.
