This effect is listed on the spells (disc) War Cry of Dravel & Hundred Fists. links to both are below. What I'm trying to find out is what exactly does the Effect type : Hundred Hands Effect do? Haste im guessing, but can anyone confirm, and does anyone know by how much? Is it regular spell haste? or an overhaste?
Any monks/zerkers/devs mind to shine on light on this for me?

Hundred Hands is considered an overhaste similiar to the bard HasteV3 overhaste.
However, when I went looking through the server code to find exactly what it did for you, I noticed that the support for it is in the code, but it wasn't actually being accounted for anywhere.
So with the reboot, it will increase your overhaste properly and it will also be depicted in the #mystats box in the haste section as well.
Basic stats on it is that is increases overhaste by x%. I will update the clone in a few moments to actually show the % increase as well. Also note that you can only have 1 form of hundred hands haste on at a time. The highest % will take precedence over a lower % and the max amount is set to 120%.

Clone update is finished. The descriptions will now show the % increase.

Outstanding. Aura of Speed and Hundred Hands discipline will actually be useful now.
Does Hundred Hands overhaste stack with other sources of overhaste, or do they overwrite one another? If they overwrite, what's the priority for determining which effect stays?
Thanks again for all the work and info, Vaion.

They all stack together.
Currently there are three types of overhaste buffs:
1. Haste v3: Normally found on Bard spells and a few select clickies/buffs
2. Hundred Hands: Normally found on Monk/Zerker buffs
3. GM Overhaste: Can only be awarded to you by a GM.
Each stacks together. As stated above the cap on Hundred Hands is 120%, although I think the highest % in game right now is 18% from a rk. III T8 Zerker discipline.
