does not stack with the mage spell Torrent of Malsoin

or it's proc spell Malsoin Vulnerability (I believe)

webtools/spell.php?id=9326

It will stack with the actual spell Torrent of Malsoin, but not the Malsoin vulnerability proc from the spell.

The clicky is working as intended. It (and its brother clicky for the fire vulnerability) were added to give players who don't run with a mage an opportunity to increase their damage a little more.

Doesn't stack with the druid epic Ancient Frozen Staff of Brambles debuff Season's Fury or its brothers debuff Concussive Fire from Fragment of Fire. Is that also intended?
