Fixed after next reboot with the following effects:


1 : Effect type : Increase Mana Pool by 4500 to 4500
2 : Effect type : Increase Mana by 60 per tick
3 : Effect type : Increase INT by 65 to 65
4 : Effect type : Increase WIS by 65 to 65
5 : Effect type : Increase Attack Speed by 80%
6 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Critical Hit: All Skills by 30%
8 : Effect type : Increase Stat Cap: INT by 65
9 : Effect type : Increase Stat Cap: WIS by 65


Also upped the mana cost of Rk II to 1750 to be in line with it being a group cast

Just went through all of the Rk. I - III spells and the only other one I found was Covenant of Flameweilder Rk. III and Rk. II being the same. <3
