Wrath of the Phantasmist IV

Wrath of the Phantasmist IV debuffs all resists by 10, according to the clone.
This is a severe downgrade from
Wrath of the Phantasmist III which debuffs all resists by 45.

It actually seems to be the worst out of all the ranks, 5 points lower than the I version

The IV version of all this spell is not implemented yet as far as I know??

The IV version of every pre-t8 raid spell is implemented, they drop off bosses in DSK.

After doing a little bit of testing I believe the alla clone is at fault. The IV version actually debuffs all resists by 60, but the alla clone says it only debuffs by 10

Yep Warlgor is right, just checked the Spellfile. Rank IV is -60. No clue what the Clone is thinking
