Warrior Rk. III Scroll Turn in

I turned in 2 Words of Ancient Chaos to Scribe Gurthrix and received Defender's Vengeance Rk. III, then Enraged Scowl Rk. III. I thought they were in alphabetical oder like the others I have turned in on other toons so I should have gotten Defender's Guard Rk. III. Is this correct? Thanks.
