Gladiator Rk. I spells ticking down in the guild hall

Was sitting in the guild hall today, and I noticed that my Gladiator Rk. I buff was still ticking down. I mentioned this in ooc, and was told that Rk. II, and Rk. III also tick down.

Ya the timer counts down but if you cast any spell/clicky they will refresh.
