New revision update (we are up to the latest 1399 eqemu rev now)

Changelog
- Tradeskills will open up tonight for all classes (EDIT: Talk to Wimbledink in THF!)
- BoTs: Los tweaks with the new code as described here.
- Ldon sold Familiar Orbs aren't tradable anymore (being so wasnt intentional)
- Rusty chaotic bracers aren't lore anymore (was long overdue, lol)
- New zone: BoT, is pretty much ready for release, we are doing final tests tonight before the opening.
