Class Balancing
Int casters will get a Damage disc now. Sort off. There are 3 new Items in Game called Crystal of Potential I-III. They all share a recast timer and will buff you with a spell that lasts for 1 minute, recast 30 mins. During this time, all DD spells will do 75,100 or 125% more Damage and all dots will have a 25, 50 and 75% chance to crit.

This will not stack with anything obviously (godly conversion, bard songs, wiz familiars) but should stack with Manaflare.

Rank 1 will drop off Trash in Sebilis/PoValr/SolB, Rank 2 will drop off the Sleeper himself and Rank 3 will drop in Dreadspire.
