Plane of Fear:
o Golems and Dracho got a little smarter knowing if you are messing with Cazic Thule.
Veeshan's Peak:
o Phara Dar - no longer accessable without all the dragons being dead first, looking at the scripts this was intentional from the beginning but never reported broken, Passkey of the Elders no longer required.
o Nexona - adds script fixed.
Stillmoon Temple:
o Guild Instance removed and is now Open Contested (Flag still required).
o Slight reduction in overall difficulty.
o Glowing Armor Quest removed.
o Glowing Armor now randoml drops from trash throughout the zone.
o Gems added to loot chance.
o ToV augs removed from named.
o Proof of the Dead Dragon (item for fear quest) removed from all the named except the dragon types in Stillmoon. (Nothing changed with the 1.5 dragons they still drop them).
ITEM:
o Lucky Charm of Travel - PopUp window added (One cast can now port as many players that can hail it within the duration is up)

o Guild progression chart updated
o Double exp is over
