o Frozen Duskbringer's Legguards and Frozen Dawnseeker's Leggings clickies got a 20 seconds recast delay (these were meant to be an addition to the aggro management, not the aggro management itself).
Zones:
o The mysterious Tactics Inhabitants faction hits should be gone.
o Echo to Shadowhaven (vice versa) zone point headings are fixed.
o Rivervale to Kitchicor (vice versa) zone point headings are fixed.
