Items:
o Staff of Tolerance and Entombed Staff of Tolerance are now Berserker usable.
o Any item that had a focus effect with Spell Effectiveness has been changed to a worn effect so that the bonuses work properly.
Code:
o Spell Effectiveness now affects partial damage as originally intended. The amount of Spell Effectiveness is divided by 10 and then added to the partial amount, not to exceed 100%.
Example: Partial Damage of (65%) + 23% Spell Effectiveness (23/10 = 2.3) = 67.3% Spell Damage.
o Spell Effectiveness now stacks between worn and buff bonuses.
